Our Offerings


New Entrants Training
At the School of Automation, we support people into career pathways in Process Automation. Regardless of your experience, we want to be able to give people the right training and skills to enter the sector as an automation developer. We will provide 12 weeks of core training with full support from our technical training team.

Full time – Monday – Friday 9.00am – 3.30pm

8 weeks of core development training

4 weeks of work experience/ projects

Achievement of industry specific certification

Full access to Learning Management Platform and SOA Teams account

Course delivered remotely (COVID), face to face delivery depending on locations

Paid allowance depending on eligibility

Career Pathway

Further Employment Opportunity
On successful completion of the 12-week training course, individuals will be guaranteed an interview for further paid employment with the School of Automation services team delivering real projects to client partners. Depending on your location this will be supported in the following way:
SOA UK – 18 months, employment contract or Modern Apprenticeship
SOA Ireland – 12 month, Traineeship delivered in partnership with Limerick and Clare Education Training Board

Professional Training
School of Automation offers individuals or businesses the opportunity to upskill or reskill their staff in a range of industry-recognised training courses. Our technical team come with over 25 years of experience within the sector and have created the most up to date training content that is fit for purpose and will enable you to progress in your career and meet your potential.
